How it works for owners

Three Simple Steps.

  1. Join as a Founding Partner

    • Founding Partners are the first Arizona RAL homes on RAL Connect. It’s free.
    • Fill in a short form about your home. It takes about two minutes.
    • The RAL Connect team reviews it and may call you to confirm details.
    • Once you’re approved, we email your login for app.ralconnect.com.

  2. Keep Your Beds Current

    • Sign in and choose Update Availability. Enter your open beds and save. It takes under a minute.
    • Update it whenever a bed opens or fills, and check it at least once a week.
    • Only the RAL Connect team sees your bed count. We use it to match placement inquiries. It isn’t posted publicly.

  3. Answer Placement Requests

    • When a discharge planner or family sends a placement request, every approved home gets an email.
    • It shows the area, care type, payment and move timeline. No patient names and no requester contact details.
    • Click Interested and enter your contact details. We email them to the requester, and you see theirs right away.
    • Not a fit? Click Not Interested. Nothing is shared.
